Your custom photo will translate beautifully into diamond art — or we won't print it. Every image is reviewed before production. If your photo needs adjustment, we contact you first. You'll never receive a kit that doesn't honor your memory the way it deserves.

Lost a bag of diamonds? We'll ship replacements free — forever. Day one or two years later, it doesn't matter. No receipts, no hassle, no expiration date. Your project will never be left unfinished because of missing supplies.
✅ The "Keep It" Quality Promise
If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered — keep it. Don't ship anything back. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number. We'll review your claim and, where approved, send a replacement or issue a refund — no return required.
Important: Because every kit is custom-produced to your specifications, all sales are final on personalized items unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment error. This is standard for custom-made products and protects the integrity of the process for every customer. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect photo submissions, or buyer error.
Claims are subject to review and resolved in coordination with our manufacturing partner. We will always advocate on your behalf and communicate transparently throughout the process.
