REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At N'Joy, we stand behind the quality of our diamond painting kits with our exclusive guarantees:

✨ Pixel-Perfect Guarantee: Our designers review every custom photo before printing to ensure the best possible result. If your photo isn't suitable for diamond painting, we'll contact you for a better image before production begins.

🛡️ Oops Insurance: If we make a mistake or your kit arrives with defects, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for non-custom items.

Eligible for Return:

  • Unopened, unused diamond painting kits in original packaging
  • Pre-designed kits (Van Gogh, Moonlit Seascape, etc.)
  • Tools and accessories (LED pens, sealers) in unused condition

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Custom photo diamond painting kits (personalized items cannot be resold)
  • Opened or partially completed kits
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Defective or Damaged Items

If your kit arrives damaged or with missing/defective components:

  1. Contact us at ABF@abfohana.com within 5 days of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damage and your order number
  3. We'll send replacement parts or a new kit at no charge

How to Return

To initiate a return for eligible items:

  1. Email ABF@abfohana.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions

  3. Ship the item to:

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service for items over $75. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Time: Returns are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the item.

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
  • Please allow your bank 5-7 business days to post the refund
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

Missing Items

Contact ABF@abfohana.com within 5 days of delivery if items are missing from your order. Please include:

  • Photos of the packing slip
  • Photos of all contents received
  • Photos of the shipping label

Important Notes About Our Products

  • Processing Time: 2-3 business days for order preparation and photo review (custom kits)
  • Shipping Time: 15-25 business days from order date
  • Fulfillment: Orders ship from our partner fulfillment center
  • Custom Orders: Custom photo kits are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless defective
