Delivery Timeline
Processing Time: 2-3 business days
- Custom photo kits: Our designers review your photo before printing (Pixel-Perfect Guarantee)
- Pre-designed kits: Quality check and packaging
Shipping Time: 15-25 business days from order date
- Orders ship from our partner fulfillment center
- Total delivery time: 17-28 business days from order placement
Free Shipping
- FREE shipping on all orders $75 and above
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $75
Tracking Information
- You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
- Tracking updates may take 2-3 days to appear in the system

Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States

Delivery Days
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- We do not ship on weekends or public holidays
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact ABF@abfohana.com within 5 days of expected delivery
- Provide your order number and photos (if damaged)
- We'll send a replacement at no charge under our Oops Insurance guarantee
Important Notes
- Custom photo kits are made-to-order after photo review
- Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout
- Processing begins after photo approval (custom kits only)
- Tracking numbers are 13 characters, starting and ending with a letter
